Two days ago, while visiting an aunt who is recuperating from a broken hip, her son dropped in and we had an interesting conversation about our Family History.
In that discussion, he mentioned that he'd unearthed some "secrets" in the old Family Tree. He said another relative was encouraging him to share the information . . .but before he could, an uncle and another relative started arguing over that same "secret," with one of them resulting to profanity to express his thoughts on the topic.
It left that cousin deciding to "not" share that info.
As we discussed publishing his Family Research, I suggested he go ahead and publish the "secret," noting and including the objections that each of the older men had to the information.
